Jay was fantastic to work with.  Before choosing Jay to list with, I had been contacted by and spent time talking to many other realtors.  Some were very pushy, some were in a hurry, others strategies were to keep dropping the price drastically if it didn’t sell initially.  By contrast, Jay was up front and honest, provide a high-degree of attention, clear communication and was my only point of contact throughout the entire deal (unlike the bigger realtor companies that pass you off to others at their office for different stages of the process).  Would recommend.

Jay and Cathy are an awesome team, I know because I have used them both! Cathy helped me get a condo & negotiated price, repairs, and home warranty. Jay sold my condo extremely quickly and it was hassle free! Jay also helped me find my house, which I love, during a challenging market for buyers. Jay was very patient with me and my family, since I knew what I wanted, but had a cap of what I could afford. He again negotiated repairs, home warranty, and price. Again, the Sweeney Hall Team came through for me and my family three times!!! I will definitely use them again and am confident they will do the same for all their clients!! Thank you Jay and Cathy!
