We are first time home owners with a new baby at the time so needless to say, we had plenty of stress, questions and concerns about how everything works. Jay was outstanding at providing detailed explanations of the entire process, start to finish, and helped us feel taken care of. He and his team were very diligent in looking out for our best interests, and always staying on top of updates and concerns that arose out of several houses.
